The Conference room booking display is directly based on the calendars supported by Apple's iOS.
Therefore we can say that all calendars you connect to your iOS system can be supported by the app. Here you get an excerpt of the calendars supported by Apple:

- Microsoft Exchange 2007 / 2010 / 2013 / 2016

Each calendar system has its own special features. Microsoft Exchange / Office 365, for example, has a push service that updates calendar entries very quickly. This service is not available with Google Mail and can only be set to a push / pull interval of at least 15 minutes via the iOS system.
